This place's customer service is top tier. From the first interaction to all the follow-ups... Everything. The attention to detail by Seaira* Sierra was spot on. The restaurant itself is very soothing. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. Changing our order time without a hassle and assisting us with getting all the food to the car. My only issue was that the half pan wasn't really a catering half-pan so the food didn't really cover my entire party because I didn't order enough food. Food was amazing. Edited to correct Seaira's name.
Great food, not bad service. Mom loves to eat here. I always get the spaghetti Bolognese it's heaven on earth.

Came here to pick up a couple of Mr.Beast burger meals. This is the only location I read that cooks the food properly. It was perfect! Fries were hot, crisp and the seasoned ones were just right. The burgers were fully cooked and wonderful! I got the double beast style and I split the chandler double cheese burger between my 6 and 9 yo. They loved it, and the fries... and they are picky eaters. It's take out only, so we ate in the car around the corner. Then went to the Lego shop afterwards. The restaurant is clean and workers were nice. We had to wait maybe 10 min. for our order but I'd rather be there waiting on food then cold food waiting on me! All in all it was a fun to try out, and very good. Nice to find a new place to go and eat. You know if they cook a virtual restaurants food that good, then their own menu items must also be cooked properly too! Can't wait to come back and try some of their Italian food!
I did an online order for the first time. I usually dine in. When I received my order my food wasn’t as great as it usually is. A few issues , I called and spoke with the GM. I don’t remember his name I think it starts with a P, but he fixed my food without a hassle. My replacement meal was sooooo amazing. Tasted how it usually tasted they were so prompt and the customer service is on point ! Compliments to the chef as well !
We went there on Monday February 17,2025 for my friend’s birthday celebration! Our server, Savannah, truly made the celebration brighter and is an extraordinary server and human! She was personal, attentive and just overall AMAZING! The food and desserts were on point as well! Thank you Savannah!! Best Bravo experience ever!
Excellent service. We got there at a great time considering there weren’t many people and service was great! Our food came fast and hot. I did appreciate how our server was mindful about us finishing our dishes. As we pushed them to the side, he came and picked them up quickly.
